• All attendees are required to undergo security screening prior to entry.
  This process includes mandatory bag inspections and metal detector sweeps
  to identify and exclude prohibited items.
• Check the prohibited items list before you head out to the Graduation.  
• The reserving/blocking of more than one seat is prohibited - first come, first seated

• Restricted items and other unauthorized materials are strictly prohibited.
  All items must be returned to your vehicle or surrendered at the gate;
  the venue is not responsible for lost or confiscated property.
• Compliance: Entry is contingent upon cooperation with security personnel.
  This policy is strictly enforced for all guests to ensure a secure environment.

• Failure to comply with these security protocols will result in denied admission.

• Everyone attending must adhere to all rules, policies and procedures set in place by Fabens ISD
• Graduating students and guests that misbehave in a way that distracts from the formal, and serious, nature of graduation will be removed from the ceremony.

Please remember that the following items are PROHIBITED at the Graduation Ceremony:

• Air horns, noisemakers, silly string, beach balls, balloons, confetti, drones, pets (exception for service dogs with vests), fireworks, alcohol, smoking, coolers, umbrellas, laser pointers, weapons of any kind (Law enforcement will be present), folding lawn chairs, shaving cream, baby powder, flour, vape pens or any inflatable item.  
• Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of the district.
• Please review the list regularly for updates to ensure compliance.
• All attendees must adhere to all rules, policies and procedures

• Reminder that parking is limited and we encourage carpooling.  Gates will open at 6:00 pm.
• Parking is limited and available at your own risk.
• Fabens ISD assumes no liability for vehicles or property.

• Gates for the ceremony will open at 6:00 pm.
• Designated seating on the field will be enforced.
• The reserving/blocking of more than one seat is prohibited - first come, first seated
• Each graduate will receive two tickets designated for parents or guardians to access field-level seating during the commencement ceremony.
• Should the need arise for the ceremony to be moved indoors, a second set of tickets labeled INDOORS will also be given to the graduate.

Please note that in the event of severe weather or other unsafe conditions, the graduation ceremony may be relocated to the Wildcat Den to ensure the safety and well-being of all graduates, families, staff, and guests. District officials will continue to monitor weather conditions closely leading up to the event.

Should any changes to the ceremony schedule or location become necessary, updates will be communicated promptly through the district website, social media platforms, and other official communication channels. Guests are encouraged to check for updates prior to attending the ceremony.

If the ceremony must be moved indoors, seating capacity will be limited in accordance with fire code and safety regulations.  Parents or Guardians with a ticket will be given priority followed by a limited amount of guests.  

• Personal cameras and video recording are allowed as long as guests remain in their seats and do not block the view of others.
• Tripods are not permitted.
• Only authorized event staff will be allowed on the field to take pictures and video of graduates and ceremony.

• No personal drones will be permitted in or near the ceremony venue.

• The ceremony will be streaming live on the Fabens ISD YouTube Channel starting at 6:45 pm.

• We ask that all attendees be considerate of others and maintain a respectful environment.
• Only guests with a valid ticket will be permitted field access, in addition to graduates.
• All gates providing access to the field will be closed during the ceremony and will reopen upon its conclusion.
• Following the conclusion of the ceremony, graduates and guests will be required to promptly vacate the field, as event staff will begin removing chairs and dismantling audio and video equipment.
• Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the ceremony and may involve intervention by security personnel or law enforcement if necessary.
